YOUR DENTAL ACCESS, Simplified
Minnesota Has the Chairs. Patients Have the Need. We Provide the Connection.
MN DENTAL ACCESS provides dental access coordination services including people and technology to licensed Minnesota dental practices. Our services include 24/7 triage staff, insurance eligibility verification, and scheduling technology. We do not diagnose, treat, or direct clinical care.
No. You keep 100% of all fees for dental services you render. The Dental Access Coordination Service Fee is flat and is not based on treatment value, volume, or collections.
No. Fees compensate MN DENTAL ACCESS for administrative services: triage, insurance verification, and scheduling coordination. This is not payment for patient referrals. Fees comply with MN Statute §150A.11 and federal AKS safe harbor 42 CFR § 1001.952(d).
The full Dental Access Coordination Service Fee + Minnesota sales tax is refunded to your card on file. Fees are also refunded if insurance eligibility was not verified as represented.
Yes. Fees are subject to applicable Minnesota sales tax based on your practice location. Tax is calculated and added on the accepted case and point of sale.
No. You maintain 100% clinical autonomy. You perform your own examination, determine diagnosis and treatment, and bill your usual and customary fees.
All scheduling opportunities are financially cleared before you see them. Our team verifies insurance eligibility or documents patient self-pay commitment. MN DENTAL ACCESS does not guarantee patient payment to your practice.
For Patients
Click “Start Your Scheduling Request” and complete the form. Share your basic information, urgency and availability. Our team verifies your insurance and confirms scheduling availability before a dentist approves your case.
Yes. Our triage team operates 24/7, including nights, weekends, and Minnesota holidays. Cases submitted 7:00pm–6:59am or on weekends fall under NOW After-Hours.
No. Patients do not pay MN DENTAL ACCESS. You pay the dental practice directly for any treatment you receive. We coordinate access; we do not provide dental treatment.
We cannot guarantee a dentist will accept your case. Dentists review cases based on their schedule, specialty, and availability. Submitting a request does not create a dentist-patient relationship.
