What Is NOW Standard?
NOW Standard provides dental access coordination services including people and technology for urgent cases submitted during business hours.
Our team performs same-day triage, verifies insurance eligibility, or documents self-pay commitment, and confirms the patient can be scheduled before the case appears on your board.
You review financially cleared scheduling opportunities and choose which cases to accept.
You keep 100% of your usual fees for all dental services you render.

How It Works – 4 Steps
1. Patient Submits Case
Patient completes urgent request form. Cases submitted Mon–Fri 7:00am–6:59pm CST qualify for NOW Standard. Timestamp locks the $95.00 fee.
2. Team Verifies Within 15 Minutes
MN DENTAL ACCESS staff calls the payer or checks the portal to confirm active eligibility. For self-pay, patient commits to payment directly with your practice. Only financially cleared cases hit your NOW board.
3. You Review the Scheduling Opportunity
Each card shows:

Clicking “Accept Case” authorizes immediate charge of $95.00 + applicable Minnesota sales tax.
Example: $95.00 + $7.01 tax = $102.01 total for Burnsville.
Appointment syncs the appointment to your schedule. Patient receives confirmation + prep instructions.

Fee + Refund Policy
Fee Purpose: The $95.00 Dental Access Coordination Service Fee compensates MN DENTAL ACCESS for urgent triage, insurance verification, and scheduling coordination services.
Refunds: The full fee + tax is refunded if:
1. The patient fails to present for the scheduled appointment, OR
2. Insurance eligibility was not verified as represented
Compliance: Flat fees comply with MN §150A.11 and federal AKS safe harbor 42 CFR § 1001.952(d). You maintain 100% clinical autonomy.

NOW After-Hours - 24/7 urgent triage + scheduling for nights, weekends, MN holidays

NOW After-Hours provides dental access coordination services including people and technology for urgent cases submitted 7:00pm–6:59am daily, weekends, and Minnesota holidays.
Our team performs immediate triage, verifies insurance eligibility, or documents self-pay commitment, and confirms the patient can be scheduled before the case appears on your board.
You keep 100% of your usual fees for all dental services you render.

Patient completes urgent request form. Cases submitted 7:00pm–6:59am, Sat/Sun, or MN holidays qualify for NOW After-Hours. Timestamp locks the $125.00 fee.
2. Team Verifies Within 15 Minutes
MN DENTAL ACCESS staff verifies active eligibility via payer portal or on-call line. For self-pay, patient commits to payment directly with your practice. Only financially cleared cases hit your board.
3. You Review the Scheduling Opportunity

Compliance: Flat fees comply with MN §150A.11 and federal AKS. You maintain 100% clinical autonomy.
