How We Help
MN DENTAL ACCESS runs the Case Board — a real-time platform that connects patients to local service agreement partners with open chair time.
1. Triage: Patients submit one scheduling request. Pain level and urgency determine NOW or MATCH service.
2. Verify: We confirm insurance eligibility and pre-qualify sliding fee discounts before any dentist sees the case.
3. Schedule: The case posts to the Case Board. The first eligible service agreement partner to accept delivers care.
