MATCH For Dentist

Dental Access MATCH non-urgent scheduling coordination for routine dental care.

What Is Dental Access MATCH?

MATCH provides dental access coordination services including people and technology for non-urgent cases.

Our team performs triage, verifies insurance eligibility, or documents self-pay commitment, and confirms the patient can be scheduled before the case appears on your board.

You review financially cleared scheduling opportunities and choose which cases to accept.
You keep 100% of your usual fees for all dental services you render.

How It Works – 4 Steps
1. Patient Submits Case
Cases submitted anytime qualify for MATCH Routine. Timestamp is recorded.
2. Team Verifies & Clears
MN DENTAL ACCESS staff contacts the payer or checks the payer portal to confirm active eligibility. For self-pay, patient commits to payment directly with your practice. Only financially cleared cases are pushed to your MATCH board.
3. You Review the Scheduling Opportunity
Log in to see cases in your zip radius. Each card shows:

Submitted: Mon 2:14pm | 8mi away
Chief Complaint: Routine cleaning + exam
Insurance: Delta Dental - Verified by MN DENTAL ACCESS
Dental Access Coordination Service Fee: $65.00 + MN tax
[Accept Case & Authorize Payment]

4. Accept Case → Card Charged → Appointment Booked
Clicking “Accept Case” authorizes immediate charge + applicable Minnesota sales tax to your card on file.
Appointment syncs the appointment to your schedule automatically. Patient receives confirmation.

Fee + Refund Policy
Fee Purpose: The $65.00 Dental Access Coordination Service Fee compensates MN DENTAL ACCESS for triage, insurance verification, and scheduling coordination services.
Sales Tax: Minnesota sales tax is calculated based on your practice location and added at point of sale.
Refunds: The full fee + tax is refunded to your card on file if:
1. The patient fails to present for the scheduled appointment, OR
2. Insurance eligibility was not verified as represented

 Compliance
MN §150A.11: Fees are for administrative services, not division of fees or consideration for patient referral.
Federal AKS: Fees are flat, set in advance at fair market value, and not based on volume or value of referrals.

Clinical Autonomy: You perform your own examination, determine diagnosis and treatment, and set your own fees. MN DENTAL ACCESS does not direct clinical care.
